What Have We Done?

1. Voluntary Blood Donation Activity

One of the meaningful activities that brings benefits to the community is voluntary blood donation. This is an opportunity for every member at Gear Inc. to contribute to building a healthier future for the community.

With a profound desire to give, the blood donation program was successfully organized at the Skylight office in Hanoi. Each unit of blood not only carries life but also contains the compassionate hearts of Gear Inc., wanting to spread it to the community. These units of blood will be transferred to people facing health difficulties, bringing hope and new opportunities to their lives.

2. LGBT+ Community Integration Activity

At Gear Inc., we expect every individual to express themselves naturally and always have the opportunity to thrive in their careers. For colleagues in the LGBT+ community, we are committed to seeing and listening to them as genuine individuals, respecting and valuing all the contributions and talents they bring to the company. We believe that each member contributes to making significant impacts.

Pride Month is a month dedicated to celebrating the LGBT community and takes place in June every year to peacefully protest and raise political awareness about the current issues that the global LGBT community faces.

3. Prioritizing Mental Health in the Workplace

Despite being known for their ability to adapt quickly and have a strong orientation in a rapidly changing world, every Gen Z individual surely faces their own challenges and pressures in their work that may impact their mental health.

Recognizing that mental health is the foundation for individuals’ well-being and effective functioning, Gear Inc. has provided a team of counselors and mental health support services to help employees alleviate any stress.

Additionally, we organize numerous internal activities to enhance bonding, improve communication skills, and foster collaboration among members within the company. This is also an opportunity to promote creativity and innovation, creating a positive work environment and encouraging the personal development of each individual.
